CheckStack is a searchable database offering information on various technological topics. The Service is available under both free and paid subscription plans, each with varying levels of access and features.

3. User Obligations

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Service by any third party.

4. Subscription Plans

4.1 Free Plan: Provides basic access to the database with limited features.

4.2 Paid Plans: Offers enhanced access and additional features, subject to subscription fees as detailed on the Plans & Pricing page.

5. Payment

Fees for paid plans are billed on a recurring basis, as specified during the subscription process. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and to keep this information up-to-date.

6. Refunds & Cancellation

6.1 Cancellation: You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. Cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing cycle.

6.2 Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except in cases where the Service has failed to provide the basic functionalities as explicitly described on the website. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the incident.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the content and functionality of the Service are owned by TechLookup or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content on the Service without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

CheckStack will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

CheckStack reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
